Chris Lohman
Wim, it sounds like you might be using a license file that was originally generated on another workstation. Could this be the case? A license only works on the system that it was registered on. If that isn't the case then you could try emptying the contents of the file named "lservrc" in the /program files/innovationsuite/common/ folder and then re-run the license file. The lservrc file is a regular text file that can be opened with notepad.
Wim
it is the same puter and it doesnt work what you suggested. I had trouble with configurating my modem and did put it into another pci-slot, is that of any importance? What else can it be?

Chris Lohman
Wim, Try this, Run the license activation wizard and write down the two hardware ID's, then [cancel] the wizard. Now open your .icl (license) file with notepad. In the license file you should find one line and in the line should be a set of values in a format similar to this: 1A2B3004,C4D5E010 Those the hardware ID's that that license file was created for. 1A2B3004 = 4-1A2B3 C4D5E010 = 10-C4D5E The second value could also be 00000010 which equals 10-0 Please insure that the values in your license file match the hardware ID's that your License Activation Wizard is reporting, if not then that license file won't work.
