To answer your question, Mark Stevens in Australia was using IronCAD for some boat design work. He provides CAD service for Jeff Schionning the Australian Multihull designer. Because Mark provides CAD services to clients like Jeff I think he also uses other CAD software. You should be able to locate Mark via Jeff Schionnings web site.
