don_temple
Is anyone using Windows Messenger for Collaboration and / or customer service? If so, how is it working? Is it worth learning? It can be downloaded here: http://messenger.msn.com/ If anyone is using or tries it, search for my email don@qkdraw.com. Ill decide soon whether to use Don-QkDraw-com or just QkDrawCom as my user ID. Has anyone noticed any pros or cons in selecting a username? I.M. you soon. -Don Product & injection mold design. www.QuickCAD.biz
don_temple
I decided on QkDrawCom as a user id and watched some of the MS propaganda about messenger. It does look great for live communication but time shifting has value when the other party is not available live. Is anyone using a "customer area" to post project status, images, questions? Implementation would be easy for me, the big question is whether customers will find value in it. Do customers login, check their projects, ask questions, answer questions? Thanks, Don Product & injection mold design. www.QuickCAD.biz
