IC 2022 - Dimensions will not print or export to PDF

Recently upgraded to IC 2022.  When opening an existing drawing, then either printing or exporting, dimensions will not show up in the PDF/printed pages.

I can get the dimensions to print if I manually view each sheet individually and update it while it is active in the window ("Update All Views In Drawing" takes 3-4 times longer than it used to, and it still will not typically fix this issue).

Not sure if there is an option to change how IC updates/exports dimensions, but this is quite annoying as I am unable to just open an existing drawing and print another copy without going through and updating each page individually every time I reopen a drawing.  I have never had any issues like this with past IC versions.

Hopefully there is a fix for this.

A hotfix has been created for this issue.  The hotfix is for 2022 PU1 SP1.
