tlehnhaeuser
Anyone know the easiest and cheapest way to open Rhino Files In IronCAD? t
dleczynski
install demo Rhino 5 and next install Rhino integration. you do not need to have a license and the .3dm import works. If you have a file, send it and quickly convert it to you Plugin: http://ironcad.pl/ironcad-rhino-integration/ Edited May 8, 2018 by dleczynski

IronKevin
I'm not sure since I have a Rhino license but if I remember correctly the Rhino 5 demo would "expire" after 25 saves (or something like that) then it would keep running but you just couldn't save .3dm files. So I guess you could force it to expire and try the Integration.
dleczynski
sorry, rhino must have valid licenses or temporary licenses.
tlehnhaeuser
Hmm OK Thanks Kev, could a standalone 3DM translator for IronCAD be an option? T
IronKevin
We don’t have a stand-alone .3dm translator but I could file an ER asking for it to be added to our Trans license.

tlehnhaeuser
Also Maybe a standalone translator for maybe a smaller fee: https://www.rhino3d.com/opennurbs t

IronKevin
Actually it looks like they changed it to a 90 day trial: https://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino/5/latest Not sure how you can force it to expire now.
DRAFFERTY
I wouldn't bother. My Rhino Trial expired and IronCAD will no longer convert the files. A really big pity, because getting a Rhino license just to convert files seems to me like a waste of money.
