agentile
I've just belatedly loaded IC 2017. I've noticed that when offsetting lines in 2D drawing mode (which I use a lot) I can no longer press delete to remove those same lines once the new ones have been created (that was convenient!). Now I have to pick them individually to delete ...or is there another way?
IronKevin
Make sure you install SP1 and the following hotfix DLLs. SP1: http://www.ironcad.com/product-update/2017-service-pack-1/ To install this Hotfix: Close IronCAD Make a backup copy of the original .dll files in \Program Files\IronCAD\2017\bin Unzip and Copy the attached file(s) (based on your Windows version) to \Program Files\IronCAD\2017\bin IC2017SP1_HF_DLLs.zip

Mike Allen
If you are offsetting a single line, you have to right-click the line & select delete. (http://community.ironcad.com/index.php?showtopic=11662)
tlehnhaeuser
Tony just to make sure I understand. You: - Double click line to get the entire profile outline - Offset selection - The original selection should still be highlighted at which point upi cna right click on one to delete or simply hit the delete key. Is this your approach? See video Tom
agentile
See video, am I missing some step? 44983[/snapback] [/quot Kevin, sorry, it does not work when offsetting a 'single line'
IronKevin
Correct, as Mike pointed out that is a bug that has not yet been fixed. It only works on an outline.
