Ok. I saw what it's about. Is this the only thing you need or do you need some more, I have lots of similar stuff to fill up the closet. wink.gif

  2. Hi

When using Smart Dimension to position intellishapes I often get the intellishapes twisted in any way. What am I doing wrong? I have tried to put the dimension on edges and faces but still the model is´t looked in the way I wan´t to.

Try to point at least one side of Smart Dimension to surface instead of the point to point/edge.

Surface->Surface or Surface->Point/Edge will keep "perpendicular" orientation of Smart Dimension, but if you using more locked Smart Dimensions try to use as much as you can Surface->Surface

  3. I think I would use the Pattern Feature tool and use the Edge Pattern option for this.

You can suppress the source and control where it starts/ends etc.

Yes, I just edited my post. smile.gif

I assume he do not have latest version of IC or he need specific reason to use triball.

  4. Hi Brent.

Here is quick workaround for your problem. I do not have time to elaborate more smile.gif..

Idea is to make separate 3D curve to drive your linked/copied instances...

Your "middle" problem is that your curve is cutout by cylinder... There is no need to place "master" shape to start position for "link/copy along currve" with triball.

Pattern feature with Edge Pattern+Offset start (IC2016) will do job also.

  6. Is there a way for Custom Data from OIKEMA parts to be visible in ActiveManager BOM.

I need data from Borders 1-4 to be transferred in separate Columns in Active manager.

    EDIT:

And what checkbox `Is in Addition` means?
