Try this then:
Rename:
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\2023\bin\CAXADraft\bin
to
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\2023\bin\CAXADraft\bin_Backup

Rename:
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\2023\bin\CAXADraft
to
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\2023\bin\CAXADraft_Backup

Rename:
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\2024\bin\CAXADraft
to
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\2024\bin\CAXADraft_Backup

Rename
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\PDFViewer\Bin\IronCADShellExt.dll
To
C:\Program Files\IronCAD\PDFViewer\Bin\IronCADShellExt.dll_remove.
After that, see if it helps.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\IRONCAD Shared\IronCAD\OS Shell\Thumbnail.dll
Rename it to
Thumbnail.dll_Remove

I think the facet display data was corrupt. I drug the whole thing into a catalog and back out to a new Scene. That recreates the facet data, all good.

Try adding all these DLLs to C:\Program Files\IronCAD\2023\bin

2023PU1SP2 should be 25.0.16.18734

Rotate the view and save your Scene Template.

Odd, I tried myself and it worked.
Are you sure you had 2023PU1SP2 installed?
And you copied the DLL to the bin folder?
