I love that we can put the catalog browser at the bottom of the screen now. Question I have is, is there any way to get rid of the bar that says the words catalog browser and just maybe make a tab at the right to close it or autohide it or maybe even get rid of it all together. Space is at a minimum on my screen and just trying to maximize my viewable area that is all. Great version by the way!

I always get duplicate layers when I do this. The save as doesnt always purge the duplicates so for this release I am going to re-draw just to be on the safe side. Just my two cents.....

I get in this morning and I see and email saying v10 is released and I get really excited....... but nowhere to download it, what a bummer. I guess I will have to wait till they send out the cd's

ok I answered my own question on where to turn it to wireframe but for some reason it gets rid of the 2d lines in my grid

Is there any reason why it automatically does a shaded rendering when I create a perspective general view? I would like to do a perspective view not rendered is this possible?

I have a guy at my work that uses it daily and says it works really well for him. It is really easy to use also. I am not sure if the problems are because you are using innovate instead of a full version or not the IC guys might have to chime in on that but for how we use it, it work well hope that helps B-

IronCAD guys you have nothing for me?

I was wondering if anybody has tried doing this and what they did to get it to work. I can go to create/object/adobe illustrator artwork 13 and it will bring up illustrator just fine but usually when I use say like freehand it opens an ironcad/freehand blank page then I go and find the artwork that I want to import cntrl c copy, paste it onto the freehand/ironcad page and then exit and then it is in my ironcad 2d page. Well the problem I am having is I dont get a blank page in innustrator and there is no exit and return to ironcad even if I did so I am looking for a little help. Thanks Brian

Is there any way to have the beta on the same machine as ver9 instead of having a different computer to run it on? I know this is a challange because it wants to change everything over to 10 and you cant go back but if you know to stay away from "live" files..... just wondering Thanks B-

doesnt work keeps erroring out

Is there a way to put an item that is in your scene on a locked or un-selectable layer of sorts? We create scenes that use a grid as a floor and I wish every time I wanted to make a multiple selection I also get the grid and just have to unselect it. Thanks for your help Brian

I just do standard text and then change the size to a 16 size font and then when I go to do a text box it re-sizes it back down to a 12 pt font for some reason.

Why is the text box linked to a style. I just dont get why I get my text just the way I want it and then click text box and it resizes it on me I think this is just stupid since I use multiple sizes of text so I cant set it up on on size and be good.

I was wondering if there was an option to display more then just 4 saved/opened files when you go to the file menu at the top. Thanks Brian
