Do you think there will be one more round of hotfixes before 10.1 or will we have to wait till march or whenever it is scheduled?

Just wondering how many people run IC over a network or if most people run it locally. I am just trying to do some research if it would help my stability running it locally with my catalogs on my hard drive also. Thanks B-

just wondering if there is anything else I can do to try and save on memory?

since I have done the hot fix I have been getting low memory errors. I was wondering if this is happening to anybody else. I am running 3gh w/ 3 gig of ram so I think I am pretty good on that but I just start a small scene and almost instantly I get low memory. We only load the catalogs we need now because of the way IronCAD loads all catalogs on startup (Which I wish they would change) but still getting the low memory, Any ideas from you guys Thanks B-

I get a simular thing when the config says default and it is showing a config that has supressed parts so then I go to switch it to the default to display all and still it does not update to show. The only way I can get it back is going through the config button and not the pulldown and then it will work.

Now this is what I am talking about, nice communication Kevin. I havent had a chance to see all the fixes but it is good to know there is progress. Thanks guys!

Thank got it is friday and the day the hot fixes are comming out. Can we get em fellas.............. You know I would be asking...lol

Does anybody know where the "style" comes from under the view properties and what generates what shows up in this field? The thing I am running into is if this does not say default style (with no asterisk) by it when I go to link to a different scene to my drawing I get and error and it wont update. If I go and switch all my views to the "degault style" and then update all my views individually it will then update my drawing. Sorry for the long question but I wanted to be detailed in my process. Thanks B (ps this is not fixed currently in the hot fix)

I dont believe vista is supported until 10.1 they said. Also I think they said the first half of the year on the release. Probably not what you want to hear but soon I hope so I can take advantage of more memory..... whoo hoo

Question for the community..... I am trying to make either an extruded shape or a surface that is in the shape of and oval but what I want to do is have it follow a curved surface. See the attachment. Is there an easy way to do this or do I need to just extrude the oval and then remove the curved surface. Sorry if this is confusing but any help would be appreciated. When doing a window select my first pick point doest start right away resulting in not picking some items. Does anybody know if this is controlled by the processor, graphics engine or something else. Just bugs me a bit. Thanks B-

the font I am trying to use is a true type font. Any other guess?

I have a ton of fonts on my system and when i go to use them in IronCAD only like 50%of them show up. I was wondering if I am doing something wrong or does IC have a fonts directory or is there a check box I am missing. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and by the way I am on v10 Thanks B-
