jolizon590016
Though both cables (DVI-D & HDMI) are digital graphic card outputs, there are significant differences. HDMI and DVI-D combination - GPU memory clocks near maximum rated speed, color temperature control on Crimson only available to the monitor connected via DVI-D. The results the same even using a HDMI>DVI-D or DVI-D>HDMI adaptor if the graphics card is only with one DVI-D, one HDMI and one display port. DVI-D for both dual display - GPU memory clocks to the minimum as specified by power management feature on the card and color temperature on Crimson is available to each display. I haven't used display port yet. For everyone's guidance with AMD graphics cards.
