After attending a seminar given by the New York State Department of Labor hosted by the Hauppauge Industrial Association, MDI learned of available grants for all companies looking to train their New York based employees. The training is based about educating employees in areas that would promote efficiency and growth to their respective companies. Therefore, retaining their existing workforce and with the hope of creating expanding their workforce. The NYS department of labor is issuing 100% reimbursement grants to companies based in New York State and want to create a more educated workforce within their organizations. These grants are directly geared towards IronCAD users, since most of the grants are for education in software applications and business development. This is a huge opportunity for small and large companies using IronCAD to expand their knowledge of the product and in turn take advantage of IronCADs advanced functionality stated Tom Lehnhaeuser, President of MDI.
