Minecraft Game started

I have started to build the Minecraft game in IronCAD using catalogs and SmartAssy tools. You can download from here: https://grabcad.com/library/ironcad-2014-minecraft-catalog-1

I would love it if anyone can continue to add components to the catalog and share. My goal is to provide a "game" feel for my kids while teaching them IronCAD and 3D design.

thanks

Tom

Ha! I had the same idea and was looking at doing the same with my kids. Only limitation may be the animals that walk around smile.gif

LOL!, after playing with it we would need the option to drag from catalog multiple times with one action Maybe hit Drag while Shft key is down and then simply pick areas to place components.

Yes I noticed that as well. Not sure if that would be a common need outside of this specific application need.

And unfortunately, the ctrl-drag will not work to copy unless the anchor is set to attach to surface (Drag freely will not invoke the Smart Assembly). This would work if you drag onto a different shape but not onto the same shape (it will not attach to itself).
