IronKevin
This is only an option when using Sweep Surface's Two Guide Curve option.
tlehnhaeuser
I tried but in 2013 theres no secong curve option. I will double check to make sure I'm not having a mental breakdown. tx kev
tlehnhaeuser
Didn't there used to be a sweep option for 2 sections and Guide curve? I could swear it was in the Variable option, but cant rememeber now
cborer
As I remember I asked for "Sweep with to sections" many years. But it never get in. If you need it I can do it for you in Rhino Just send me Iges or Step file.

IronKevin
The only problem with this method is it's difficult to determine the exact diameter of the small end of the helical Sweep shape.

tlehnhaeuser
Thanks Dariusz Thats what the doctor ordered. Now I got to get you to solve my tax problem :-)
tlehnhaeuser
To expand on Dariusz approach. I will like to enter "points" along the 3D curve where the draft angle can be changed. that would be great!!! Because not its an even transition from start to finsih ends sections. I would like to have the crossection stay the same and then taper at slected points along the curve
