MRAHM Posted April 22, 2016 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Hi When using Smart Dimension to position intellishapes I often get the intellishapes twisted in any way. What am I doing wrong? Surface->Surface or Surface->Point/Edge will keep "perpendicular" orientation of Smart Dimension, but if you using more locked Smart Dimensions try to use as much as you can Surface->Surface Edited April 22, 2016 by dprodanic Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Cary OConnor Posted April 22, 2016 Share Posted April 22, 2016 Dragan is correct. If you use points, the shape is free to rotate in more DOF thus you can end up with a twist.
