dleczynski
How to turn off the visibility of this arrow? By chance you click and you have a bad bend sheet metal. What is the function of the arrow?
Cary OConnor
The arrow determines the UP and Down direction for the callouts on the Bendlines in the drawing environment. Currently there is no way to turn this arrow off. What issue happens when you click it that is causing you a bad bend? Cary

Cary 42789[/snapback] not quite true. You have to remember where the line starts with a sketch of the base (from which side it is). Cary OConnor
I'm not sure what you example is showing. The arrow should not have much to do with anything in the 3D (except for maybe Thickness change). The arrow is used on the ICD for determining UP and Down. You look at a Unfold face and the direction that arrow is pointing (in conjunction with the viewing direction) will make the determination. Changing the arrow will change the direction. dleczynski
You have the same direction. unfold_try.zip unfold_try.pdf Edited April 18, 2016 by dleczynski
Cary OConnor
It is the top/bottom of the stock. Look at the base of the arrow. You can see they originate at a different location. But yes the stock (or sketch direction) will determine the origin of the arrow and the arrow itself will determine the up/down. Without it, you can't change the up/down without changing the stock. See the images on just one of the part. Just changing the arrow will change it on the drawing. Cary
