Software for filling volumes?

If you want a free solution,

blender, has similar physics capabilities,  I don't know if it can tell you optimal fill but it can fill a container with any shaped object

I have used Blender and it really is a phenomenal program, it's just a bit overwhelming to use when you get to these advanced abilities. I guess I was looking for something a little easier.

Thanks though.

 

These physics programs are just amazing what they can do.
