Model attached Fishing rod adaptation.ics

This is a piece of adapted equipment for fishing. I want to force the top of this blend to match the profile of the green part (50mm cylinder) while the bottom of the blend stays at 10mm. I'd appreciate any pointers on where to look for help

I have a large drawing (50feet x 100Feet). Is a 2D layout. When I go to print preview panel I see nothing. When I print it freezes everytime. Is there a setting I am missing. Thanks
