We currently do not offer that on the sheet metal. I did notice that they have to manually suppress these in order to unfold the part (which seems like a bit of a limitation). Do you have many requirements for this need?

I found a sort of work-around, see attached. You can suppress the "Gusset" group prior to unfolding.

I have created a simple gusset as Kevin suggested. It works ok but I can;t get it to capture the material thickness of the part dropped on. Since you can't shell sheetmetal parts.

If anyone has ideas, I'm all ears.
